A: It should definitely be stadium approved.. you can even remove the wallet inside to make it completely clear

**Q: will it fit iphone 7 plus?**
A: It will not fit in the graphic pouch part but will fit in clear purse. The pouch has a really small zipper so would not be able to fit phone in. More for small items like money, lipstick or keys. The clear purse part can hold it for sure.

**Q: Is this too big for a petite 10 year old?**
A: I would say yes, I bought it for my 16yr old niece and she is 5'6" and the pack was perfect on her.

**Q: Will the strap allow you to wear it like a fanny pack?**
A: No, I don't believe so. It's a cute crossbody purse.

The bag is small then expected. Also it's not like the picture. It is much more candy colour and doesn't have the black that was on the picture. Thefsux leather in the strap needs some work to stop it coming out of the chain. Other then this it's great. I love it
