However, the cart stays fairly upright when it's pulled, causing the bottom to bump on the ground. This cart might be fine for a short person who would hold the handle lower to the ground, making the angle of the cart more horizontal. But my husband is 5 feet 9, and he has trouble with it. I have a cart that's almost identical, except the handle can be adjusted.
