It comes with the overall/red shirt one piece, the red "M" cap, and a nice fuzzy mustache that stayed in place despite the windiness of the night and my son fiddling with it. My son is a bit tall for a 5 year old, but the size Small 4-6 fit him perfectly. Best of all, my son, despite being shy and reserved during Trick-or-Treating, got a TON of compliments for his costume, even from other kids! I plan on leaving this costume in easy reach for him to play dress up on regular days. Very pleased with this purchase.
