San Marzano are supposed to be the ideal tomatoes for this application, and these don't fail to live up to the reputation. I like these much more than the whole canned tomatoes because there are no seeds in these (seeds make the sauce bitter).Add a bit of salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary, blend with an immersion blender, and you have enough pizza sauce for 4-5 14" pizzas.
