The answer is yes, easily, if you are using Pixy along with the Pan/Tilt - you can control the Pan/Tilt servo values through any of the serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART), as well as via Arduino. However, by itself, the Pan/Tilt kit doesn't come with any microcontroller - just servos and parts to build the frame. You'll need a power source and something to control the servos with (like a microcontroller). **Q: Can I replace the camera with higher resolution ?** A: Hi Lin, this kit is designed to work with Pixy, the smart sensor for robotics. Unfortunately there is no higher-res version of Pixy. If you want to use the pan/tilt with some other camera / vision system, you can certainly do that, but you'd have to code your own control.
