Review: Cheaper than carbon fiber but looks just as good - First off got to say I got this specifically because carbon fiber parts for my car are hard to come by and Incredibly expensive so when I saw this stuff with the high gloss I pulled the trigger on it and got a few rolls and I'm very pleased with the results. I did my shifter console plate and my t-tops on my 86 Trans Am and the stuff at first was a little Troublesome to work with but once you get the hang of it and figure out where to start and where to work to it goes fairly easily especially since it's not like window tint where once it's stuck at you're done you can actually pull it up and retry and refitted a few times and applying heat to it helps Flex it around Troublesome curves you just have to know what spots to hit the heat with and what spots not to otherwise it will contract and expand in the wrong places and then you'll end up getting a crease and it will stick to itself. And then with the larger role that I had that was five foot by 6 foot I took on wrapping a fiberglass hatch and came out looking like it was bought as a molded carbon fiber hatch , took about 3 hours but if you're patient there is literally no limit to what you can do with this stuff . Make sure you got a good quality heat gun don't use it too much in one spot and have a really really sharp razor blade

**Q: I'm having problems with curves and edges,  anyone got any tips or tricks**
A: There's absolutely nothing wrong with this wrap, you  just need to be mindful about where you heat and how much you stretch. Don't rely on just heating and stretching to where you need it and call it a day. Your goal is to manipulate the vinyl so that it essentially shrinks back into the object your wrapping.. hugging it.

 When you're approaching the edge you need wrapped, apply your heat, grab the entire corner and stretch beyond where you need it. Once the edge  has been covered, tuck under if possible, then apply heat again with the vinyl still stretched around the edge. You'll notice that it shrinks back and hugs your edge tightly. 

Trim off excess as necessary and don't forget about your post heating.

**Q: Can I order a roll of 1’ x 15’. ?**
A: I've only used what has been available on Amazon.  if you can find that size I guess the answer would be yes.

**Q: how much material is needed to wrap a 2016 Ram 1500 big horn?.**
A: The material varies greatly depending on how unitized each body segment is. Long uninterrupted peices of metal typically require a lot of waste material.  I took a tale measure and added up length and width of metal on my car- added 20% and ran out of material by the time I got to the roof and had to do the roof piecemeal out of scraps.  This wrap has cracked, shrank, and bubbled on my car and the wrap is barely 6 months old.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ great product but it definately requires some skill

Product is very nice, I was happy with the appearance, unfortunately I found it much harder than it looked to apply. I tried my best to use it on a door panel, but could not get it to stick in one of the corners. But the worse was that small specs of material will leave a tiny bump visible on the outside. Obviously you need the layer perfectly clean. In my case it was very difficult to have a perfect application layer because of a thin layer of some substance that I just could not sand off fully. I will try again later on other surfaces and parts that are more suitable and easier to learn on.
