This may be something that can be fixed in the settings but I have yet to find it. I can get past the color as the camera works really great. The motion detection is great, it catches everything walking by, my cats set it off all the time. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor as well. You can set it up to record when motion is detected and send you an alert. It's pretty small so it's easy to find a place to put it. I love that when I'm not home I can check in on my cats. It also can record audio, which is awesome. Setting it up was pretty easy, you just need to follow the instructions closely. It is no bigger than a quarter but it’s amazing ! And it covers your entire big room all the way around .
