Or am I better off buying a stand up light at walmart with 3 bulbs? I mainly need it for indoors to do makeup** A: If you are doing professional make-up you could use his light as it comes with a daylight bulb. If you are just doing your own make up this may be a bit more than you would need. It is after all photography lighting. **Q: can I use this to show makeup tutorials on youtube** A: It's certainly made the lighting in my videos better now, however I do plan on investing in a (Diva) ring light in the near future bc they pick up on the color pigment of makeup so well if you get a good enough quality one.
