I have much extra skin (from previous pregnancies and weight gain/loss, plus I don't have very elastic skin). These also covered my butt well. If I can figure out how, I might post a photo later. I am currently 21nwks pregnant with twins. They are a touch expensive for one pair, but in the name of comfort, they are worth it.
