Be cautions of warehouse deals.  Description did not state that item did not include inner circular mounting bracket, nor decorative mounting screws nor the fact that the wire was cut very short due to a previous installation.  We had to re-wire fixture with much longer wire/ground wire and purchase extra pieces at hardware store.  These pieces should have been included, as per lamp instructions and description.  A lovely fixture with numerous unexpected surprises  which made installation difficult and time consuming.
