I was very surprised when the package came dry and not on ice. I then opened the package to find that it contained very low grade packaged chicken that did not have to be refrigerated. As soon as I opened the chicken, I got a whiff of how bad it was, and my cat started jumping up and down thinking it was his food. I drained the chicken and made the recipe thinking maybe the sauce will be strong enough to cover the horrible smell/flavor of the chicken. The sauce was delicious, but you could still taste the foulness of the chicken through the sauce.If they were to drop the price in half, and sell this package without the chicken, with instructions to add your own protein, I would definitely buy this again, but considering how bad the chicken was, this will be a hard pass for me in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overpriced - Edited *by B***P on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2019* It's definitely convenient that all the spices are portioned out, but one can assemble the same meal for the fraction of the cost of this box. It is not worth it. And you cannot send it back. Which is understandable I suppose, but this info should have been super prominently displayed in the item description. So you get a few teaspoon of spices, nothing you couldn't pick up at your local supermarket, and a pouch of rice, plus some tomato sauce. $5.00 at the most!Edit: I raised the stars from 2 to 4 after making it. I feel it is still overpriced, but after I made it, I have to admit it was very good. I added shrimp which I bought at my local supermarket fresh.
