I was wary because of a previous reviewer's comment about it being flimsy, but the material seems pretty solid to me. It holds 6 of my skirts with no issue. I like how the hinges make it easier to attach and remove one item without too much faffing around (this was the selling point for me, after having tried another space saving hanger without that feature). I agree with a previous reviewer that it would be better if the hook swivelled, but this doesn't take away from how useful it is. It really does save a lot of space.
