Thanks for the helpful question! **Q: does it melt in water/tea?** A: It is a whole fruit powder so it is not completely soluble and there will be some sediment when mixed with water or tea. **Q: I’m really confused. Dragon fruit is white, only the skin is pink. yet you say the skin is removed. so, why is the resultant powder pink?..** A: There are different varieties of dragon fruit. Some with white flesh like you mentioned and some with pink/red flesh. Our powder is made from the pink/red flesh variety which gives it it’s vibrant color. **Q: if purchased will I recieve your product that's more then a year before it expire? Also do you add any type of extra sweetener?** A: Yes, At the time of writing this response, all of our products currently at amazon have a least 1 year left before their best if used by date. I use the dragon fruit in smoothies and in overnight oats. I actually make dragon fruit overnight oats, and they are delicious. The company ships promptly, and the containers are sealed. I keep mine in the refrigerator because humidity can cause the powder to clump. It doesn't clump in my smoothies or oats, however. This is a mildly sweet flavor, packed with vitamins and minerals. I also use the kale and the collard greens. Sometimes I would buy fresh vegetables, only to have them go bad quickly in my refrigerator. This stays fresh for the longest time and still delivers all the vitamins of fresh food. I especially love the dragon fruit because the grocer's doesn't always carry organic dragon fruit, and I like to have it on hand because it's so healthful. Try it! I really think you'll like it!
