Previous: Fits well, good support, looks cheap, a bit itchy, no instructions *by P***E on November 11, 2025* UPDATED 11/19/25: The Velcro hooks started to fall apart. I am returning it. Original review of 4 stars when I first put it on is now 1. PREVIOUS: My son ordered this post-surgery compression garment for me. It arrived today. Fits well, which was the most important thing for me; I measured my neck with a measuring tape, as the website instructed, and it showed that the correct size would be Medium. Feels supportive without being tight. Material is OK, but not particularly soft and has too many stitches, feels like bra or girdle fabric, and it's a bit itchy. It looks cheap and flimsy. The velcro straps grab onto every part of the mask and when you try to separate it, it pulls on the fabric, causing thread-like fuzzy particles on the fabric the velcro stuck to, so you have to be super careful to keep the velcro away from the regular fabric of the mask. I've had it on now for approx. 30 minutes and it still feels supportive without being tight. One big drawback is the lack of instructions or pictures on how to put it on. I can figure most of it out, but it has 2 thin straps that I don't know where they go, but when you put on the velcro at the top of the head and the velcro at the back of the neck, it seems to fall into place. My surgeon had given me a support garment, which was also from Amazon; the material on that one felt fantastic and super soft (product details on Amazon say it's made from graphene), but it was uncomfortable because it was too tight (even after adjusting the straps); as I discovered by using the Transparency app and scanning the Amazon product code on my cell phone, which took me to the Amazon web page for the product, it was a size Small; apparently that one only comes in Small. I wish they would sell it in Medium and Large because it's super soft and smooth (feels like lycra mixed with thin, soft rubber), has an excellent design, almost no stitching, and came with basic instructions; the price is $9.49.
