ORBITA Sparta 2 Watch Winder in Bold Black, Made in the USA

I bought one of these years ago and recently bought another. I'm disappointed. I would have thought they would have been updated but, in fact, barely improved. I have multiple watches I rotate across both units and they don't really keep anything wound beyond a few days, even though I wind them fully before they go on the winder. The settings choices are minimal. I bought a cheaper brand and it works (and looks) so much better.

Orbits is the best. I had an Orbita Sparta for years, then replaced with a less expensive make. The less expensive one did not perform and could not keep my Brietling, a rather heavy watch, wound.The Orbita Sparta powers thru without an issue. I recommend this watch winder enthusiastically.

To put it bluntly, I am very disappointed with my Orbita Sparta 2 Bold watch winder purchases. In recent weeks I ordered two separate units and had to return them both for quality defects (The rivets that fasten the battery covers to the back of the winder body were not properly attached on either unit). I have owned similar Orbita watch winders for years without any problems, which is why I took a chance on ordering a second unit in as many weeks. Regrettably, it seems as though I will need to search for another brand, as Oribta's quality seems to be faltering.For anyone considering purchases from this vendor, it's worth mentioning that both shipments arrived on time, cartons were in good condition, and returns were processed without issue. The merchandise was simply defective.

Best watch winders I've ever owned

Fantastic quality love Orbita watch winders this is the second one I've owned. They work flawlessly and although they're not the nicest to look at they are functional and will last you forever.

Works like a charm

This is an awesome product - and if you're spending north on $10k to $20k on a watch, this is the winder of choice. The winding mechanism is unique. There is a half circle counterweight and every 8 or 12 minutes, the battery engages and turns the watch, just once. Gravity and the counterweight spin the watch left and right, mimicking the wrist's movement, and it settles back down awaiting the next turn. Brilliant design with very few moving parts. Again, you've spent a lot on your watches - so consider this as an investment in a long life for those watches.
