I have never redone floors before, but after reading about proper methods and tools I felt fairly confident that this was what I needed. I had heard that using a T-Bar applicator was fast, but really didn't buy into the hype since most people saying it were experienced floor re-finishers. This helped me complete a 250 square ft room in under 20 minutes for the first coat (took a couple of minutes to figure out the technique) and under 15 minutes for the consecutive coats. As a first timer, this tool made it super easy to do a good job.CONS:The only con that I saw was that my extendable paint pole wouldn't fit into the deeply recessed threads on the attachment point.
