I generally awake half way through the night, which is when I get up and chew 2 of these. I am then able to go back to bed and sleep soundly the rest of the night.

I have a hard time swallowing gigantic pills, and this product provides calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K in an easy to chew, good tasting form.
