A: No, this particular putty is not magnetic, nor does it come with a magnet. There is one available that is magnetic and comes with a magnet. It is called Aaron's Super Magnetic Thinking Putty.

**Q: is this good for a 9 year old boy?**
A: Yes! I have a 3 year old girl... it's not the best idea for her because she forgets to put it back in the tin when she's not using it. But my 6, and 11 year old boys LOVE it! Keeps them busy for quite a while. They both have ADHD and it's great for calming and to keep their hands busy so they don't feel like they have to keep moving so much. :-)

We got this for our son as a gift and he plays with it practically every other day. Such a strange but satisfying feeling playing with it. I can understand why he enjoys it so much. This is definitely a fun gift if you're looking for something for either My stress toy. Something that will keep your children occupied.

This stuff is awesome. My favorite is Scarab. Crazy Aaron's is made in the USA. I have so many cans of this stuff. My kids love it too. Great stress reducer. They offer scented varieties. It can be difficult to open the can so store it right side up to prevent minor struggles when opening. You can mix different varieties and make so really neat stuff. It is plain, good old fashion fun that takes products like silly puddy to an entirely new level.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can won’t open? Try hot water!

I tried twisting the can lid to open and it wouldn’t budge so I placed the whole can in a bowl with a small amount of hot water - not enough to submerge it, just about 1/2 an inch of very hot water - and the lid came right off. Since then I’ve been able to open it by twisting. No leaking and the consistency is perfect for me. Not too hard or too soft.I am in love. The color is amazing and I’ve been working with it for a few days. No fading, no sticking, no mess, no scent. My therapist (who also has ADHD) has had her 2 cans of Thinking Putty for at least 10 years and they haven’t lost any of their squish or color. That’s what I call a great value for the money.
