It was pretty easy but I wish I had paid more attention to the way I was rolling like vertical vs horizontal. I didn’t think they would really work so I just wanted to know will it curl. I slept in mine overnight which didn’t bother me. I knew they were there but they didn’t pull my head or give me a headache. When I unrolled them I was amazed at how much curl I had. It curled a bit more on the right side versus left but nothing anyone else would notice but that was my own doing as I think I did more rollers slightly to right and rolled them differently. Overall it was exactly what I wanted which was natural wave and body without heat. Another thing today was rainy humid mess but I still have curl. My hair will frizz easy it is very fly away straight hair. Normally if it is humid or raining and I try to use heat to curl it falls out immediately. With these though the curl has stayed.
