**Q: tiffany lamp shows softening between stained glass pieces, Can I repair w/this?**
A: Make sure the bulbs you are using in your lamp aren’t really hot. Heat makes the glass loosen up and it will keep happening if you use a high watt bulb

**Q: I found the product to be very solid and not smooth as I expected.  Is this supposed to be more like a putty and not cement?**
A: Supposed to be cement. Mine was drying painfully slow.

**Q: is this old packaging?**
A: Just checked our stock, all of the jars from the July 2023 loads have this packaging.

**Q: Has been sitting for a couple of years.  Is very dense.  How can I soften to workable consistency?**
A: At the glass shop I work at we thin it with turpentine a few drops to soften it up or keep adding until it creamy.  Hope this helps
