Just be careful when applying. *by Y***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2019* First thing I notice when I received this protection tape is the mistake in one of the corners (see my pic). Not horrible considering it was so cheap, but would have been nice to have smooth cuts/edges all around.Second thing is that there's no instructions or tips for application, which would have seriously helped. Okay, I mean...seems easy enough to figure out on your own, right? Nope. Read on and learn from my experience and mistakes, people.The sticker comes rolled up, of course. So I left it in my warm trunk (flat, of course) to straighten out. Easy peasy.I had seen on the OEM Honda protectors that they have a strip in the middle that you remove first, so you stick the middle on first, slowly one side using the flat spatula instrument (included) to make sure there are no air bubbles, then slowly do the other side. So I started tearing the backing from the middle until I exposed a little bit of the middle to apply first. BUT my mistake was that I didn't trim the excess backing paper off the TOP of the sticker. This is important (and thr cause of my biggest mistake!) because that excess backing paper prevents you from properly positioning the sticker in the first place! And it is NOT easy to correct a crooked sticker once you peel the backing off and have stuck it on! Yes, you can peel it off and try again, but without the backing paper, it's just an exercise in frustration.I pretty much have to live with a slightly crooked sticker now with some weird, long raised lines due to my clumsy attempt to "stretch" and keep the sticker straight while applying. It's not the end of the world, no...but it irks me. I guess in the end, I'm only out $8. ::slight grumble:: It also is a fairly thick stocker that feels like it's good quality. Maybe down the line, the more I look at the imperfections and it grinds my gears more, I might slap down another $8 for a new sticker and try again.So please learn from my mistake(s?). Pre-trim the backing paper off the top of the sticker to as close to the sticker as you can before applying for optimum positioning. And do try to apply from the middle out. So much easier for both preventing air bubbles and keeping the sticker straight. And most of all... Take your time. Hopefully, this review will help someone get a 5-star review out of this product. Wish it had been me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works as described. Easy to install. *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2018* I was skeptical of the product after I unrolled it from its packaging because the backing pulled away every few inches because of the way it was rolled up. But I opened it and put some weight on it to flatten it out. The product backing has grid lines on it so,it’s easy to cut to size. I installed all 4 pieces in under 10 minutes. The negative is there were no install instructions, but it’s simple to put on and I cleaned the door sill with alcohol to remove any wax. It looks really good, should prevent scuff marks on my white door sills. Worth the $9. ### ⭐⭐ Nice add on if it sticks. *by H***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2019* Cool appearance.
