I liked the hug effect I get from the vest. Now uses one at school and another one at home. It has really helped with aspects of calming but also in staying focused on all activities. My son suffers from horrible eczema and where the vest meets the neck, it kind of irritates his skin. However, when he wears the vest I can tell some slight changes in his behavior.
