It works exactly like it says it does. It stayed on and in position, and for me, provided the right amount of lift or space between my knees. I used the size guide, and the size I ordered fit me. However, this product is not ideal for someone who sleeps with a strong bend in the knee. Because of the compression used to hold it in place, when I bent my knees, it became too tight and uncomfortable. (I sleep with my knees bent about 90 degrees.)
