My waist is smaller than my hips and WAY smaller than my thighs, so I have a tremendous amount of difficulty finding pants that fit. These are so highly rated that I was hopeful. Alas...these are not at all a "curvy" fit, but rather seem to be intended for women whose waist and hip measurements are nearly the same. I'm 5'7" and 138, measurements matching what the size chart listed as a size 9. Though my actual waist is a 28, and the waistline of these pants doesn't hit at my waist, nor is it a 28. I didn't measure it, but you can see how huge it is. The jeans do fit in the butt and thighs, but I could fit my cat in the gap in the waist (I didn't try that, don't worry). I'm giving three stars because they're cute and soft, but the description is inaccurate. They're going back. I'm 5'6", 200 pounds with a bit of a belly, and the 13's fit me well. They go over my belly and don't roll down while wearing them throughout the day. I'd buy 5 pair if I had the money! I'm 5'5 and 160 at the present time.
