My question is why would you make an item like this at the bottom with no saftey. You could have covered that part with some type of saftey coating to prevent customers from going to the emergency room from this dangerous tripod. ### ⭐ Silver head piece is loose and cannot tighten. When I first received it the head would lock into place and would be hard to move as it should. But overtime I noticed the grip of the silver head piece loosening. I’ve tried to readjust the strength of the grip with the metal handle but it no longer tightens it. At first when pushing the metal handle it would come to a stop meaning it was completely right. Now I could twist it for a hour straight and the silver head piece would still flop over. So now I can’t use the stand because the head flops around with every tug, it refuses to stay in place. Its so bad that the head even falls off if you pull or move it too much. The disappointing part is that it worked perfectly fine the first few weeks I had it.
