Great smell and taste. Has a very rich and delicious taste to them. Perfect for ribs, veggies, chicken, shrimp, fish, and beef. Pretty much anything you want to smoke or grill will taste a whole lot better with this type of wood chip. It lasts long as well as has a perfect aroma and flavor. Can you tell I love these Jack Daniel's chips. My only wish is that they were cheaper and easier to find. Try smoking a tri tip with these chips Santa Maria style and you will not use another type of wood again on your tri tip.
