From the Manufacturer This three-function shower system has a Posi-Temp pressure-balancing valves to maintain water pressure and control temperature, a standard showerhead, a hand shower showerhead with a 30-Inch slide bar and 69-Inch metal hose, a drop ell, vacuum breaker and mounting hardware. This shower system has chrome plated metal construction for a bright, highly reflective, cool grey metallic look. The pressure balancing cycle valve design has 1/4 turn stops, the three-function transfer valve has 1/2-Inch CC connections and all applicable components are supplied with vandal resistant screws. It had to be refitted by our builder. He was not impressed. I was disappointed in the quality, but because of timing we chose to install it as appose to sending it back. It is OK.
