I ordered these and boy- what a life saver! I've used them in flats, Keds, and loafers- they work great and I end the day with no more pain! They do get pretty dirty (they are very sticky when unpackaged and so your sock fluff sticks to the top side) but I've been using them for two months, switching between several different pairs of shoes and have never had an issue. For reference, I wear a size 10.5/11 women's shoe but have a narrow foot.
