I thought it felt itchy, although my friend loves it and uses it almost daily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great! It doesn't slide around too much and I found a comfortable tightness that doesn't cut off the blood supply to my arm. The little pouch for hiding a key is surprisingly useful too. Previous to this armband I just found myself leaving my doors unlocked on short runs which is now unnecessary. I haven't found much use for the little pouch that comes with the armband but others may feel differently.As far as customer service goes, ioi Works is top notch! The first armband I received was actually defective as the stitching holding the velcro on was starting to fray. I contacted the company the day I received my order to voice my concerns. I was contacted the next day by a company representative who informed me that they would be sending me a new armband free of charge. I expected this. What I didn't expect, is that they would refund my purchase in full as well as let me keep the defective armband (which could still get a few months of use before it would likely need repairing).
