It can save you from a not working computer. In fact, I also bought the double fan for the GPU which was the one making a horrible noise in my case. However, the blades of this spare part are thicker and the diameter is smaller. Fan speed drops from 6500 RPM to 4500 RPM in Coolerboost mode, and the airflow is considerably smaller. I tested this with both old and new CPU Fans and the temperature difference is of 10°C under heavy loads which is unacceptable for me. I wouldn't mind if the store sends me the fan-blades from their picture. :/The GPU Fans do the job, although the speed fans are smaller in contrast to the original, temperatures are ok since the GPU doesn't heat that much. The issue comes to the CPU one when on heavy loads. 1 point in favor is that is considerably quieter than the orignal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Painless replacement fan *by W***L on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2020* Fan on my MSI GS65 went bad after 2 years of abuse, ordered & installed this and worked flawlessly as the original fans. Not sure what their lifespan will be but frankly the original fans did not have a great life so I doubt these will disappoint.
