Most I looked at were stylish and probably did the job. But the very nice one I got from John Lewis is so small that once you have washed up a saucepan or two....that's it....no more room. This XXL mat is great because I can stack loads of pans, bowls and chopping boards without a problem. If I was fussy, it would be nice to have a draining lip at one end.
