Very sturdy. The only thing I wish, since I have now redone my office, is that the adhesive wasn't so strong or that there was someway to easily remove them. After my remodel, they aren't quite where I would like them. But, the adhesive is so strong that I feel like if I tried to break it free I would break the hanger. So, that's a PLUS for strength! Just a bummer for me. My headphones still work where they are though and I feel like there is ZERO risk of them falling. Some king of felt covering or something might be nice though where the headphone band sits. I do feel like the corner of the plastic might damage the padding on my headphones.
