**Q: Hot-water extracted???**
A: I am not 100% sure but believe it is water extracted. I take these as well as 3 other super mushrooms for a liver disease and after less than a year all the liver levels are in the normal range. The label does not say but there are some on the market that do say water extracted.

**Q: I read it may cause cancer, is this true?**
A: It's used to fight cancer as a homeopathic treatment for dogs & humans who have cancer (in Japan, it's given as part of their traditional cancer treatments).

Our dog has hsa cancer and she takes takes these every day. 

Please do your research and ask your dr or vet if you're thinking of using this as a supplement.
