This tastes great the challenge is working with it just like any Gluten Free dough. I'm on my third bag and getting it figured out finally.. Primarily I'm making both Beef and Chicken 10" pies crust on both the bottom and top.. I recently purchased a silicon fondant food grade matt (24x36 ) off Amazon and it's looking like this is really going to help. I can roll the dough out between to pieces of it and with care it works .. After removing the top piece I place my pie dish centered then I use a pizza slip to flip the whole works over.. Wett your hands well and then work the dough into the dish.. I am pre-cooking the dough prior to adding all the works..
