## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where are these made ?**
A: Thank you for your Inquiry! Our All Natural Wool Dryer Balls are manufactured in Lalitpur Nepal. Hope this helps you.

**Q: Can you add essential oils or some other scented product to these?**
A: Definitely, we recommend you add the oil in the last 5 minutes of the drying cycle so the heat does not kill off the oil.

**Q: Were are they made? Were the wool came from?**
A: Our wool is sourced in New Zealand and then shipped to Nepal where it is hand felted.

**Q: Do i have to wash it furst to get rid of the unpleasant odor before first use?**
A: No need to wash them. The sheep odor disappears with use and DOES NOT make the laundry smell. I've been using these for almost a year now and have had no problems. They definitely make a positive difference in drying time and wrinkle reduction.
