The dimensions listed on the package cover (in metric) are accurate. These are specifically intended for a popular size of recipe binder. They do NOT fit standard 3-ring binders. This is a refill set of 20 pages of clear plastic sleeves. Each page holds two 4" x 6" index cards or decorative recipe cards. It's possible to put two cards back-to-back in each sleeve so that you can read one on either side of the page, or if you only put one card in each space then you can see both sides of it. This package of sleeves does not come with any cards - you have to purchase those separately. I haven't had any problems with these - I've had them for a few years now and haven't had any of the pages get torn, or come apart. The cards or magazine clippings that I've put in them have stayed securely - things don't fall out easily. The pages are easy to wipe clean.
