Review: Good protection for nasty jobs - If you want heavy duty gloves, these are as you would expect. If you want light weight gloves, that you could easily pick up a penny.... these are not for you. So I wouldn't recommend these for detail work, but if you have a yucky job and want to protect your hands these are great. I can use Really hot water and my hands don't mind a bit.

They've been my dish gloves for that time, and have also been used for misc heavy duty cleaning tasks around the house. They're particularly useful because I can wash dishes in extra hot water by hand. Since they are so thick I don't get burned. The pair I have now, actually is still in fantastic shape; I'm only buying another pair because over the years the insides have become a bit dirty and damp (due to water spilling in through the top). I will probably clean them up and keep them as a backup pair, but it's been a long time since I've had a product hold up so well. I do wish they stocked a medium size, but I have smaller-mans hands and they seem to work OK despite fitting a little loosely.

If you want heavy duty gloves, these are as you would expect. If you want light weight gloves, that you could easily pick up a penny.... these are not for you. So I wouldn't recommend these for detail work, but if you have a yucky job and want to protect your hands these are great. I can use Really hot water and my hands don't mind a bit.
