It's a very small bag, but I have not ever been able to fill it up since it has so many compartments that perfectly fit all my items. I have received a lot of compliments on it, but for a guy I also get some fun poked at me for carrying a "man purse" haha! Sometimes I carry it on one shoulder like a backpack with one strap, but it's super comfortable to wear across the body like a satchel. The only issue I have with wearing it like that is that it slides down behind me if the strap is lengthened too much, so the little loop for hanging your sunglasses ends up on top of my shoulder instead of at my chest. I have taken it to the beach and it has gotten sandy and wet, but the contents were perfectly safe.
