Poorly written and falsely advertised *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2019* 1) I bought this book based on the high number of positive reviews and because it was flagged as a #1 Best Seller. I didn't pay attention that it is the #1 Travel Book for Minnesota (see the photo I included).2) The author is fluent in English, but the text is very poorly structured grammatically and is filled with confusing and odd sentences with incorrect words. For example, "Make sure you choose organic or pastured eggs instead of that bread by poultry." Or, "...you may check various recipes with permutation combination of these..." Also, amid the clumsily written text, the author threw in the word "salubrious" which made me laugh.3) Be aware that some of the recipes include potatoes, onions, sugar, white wine and white flour so they have higher carb values. Also some recipes are missing steps. For example, the cheesecake recipe and the lemon ricotta cheesecake neither include the crust ingredients even though the pictures clearly show a graham cracker crust.4) Many of the recipes only use the Instant Pot's saute button. This was an excellent way to make the book appear to have more recipes, but is a ridiculous way to cook if there's a stove and pan in the kitchen.5) Many of the reviewers rave about recipes that are not even in the copy of the book I received. Winter Chicken Salad is mentioned several times, for example, and out of all of the recipes that reviewer Ralph Torres mentions, the only two in the book I received are the Almond Carrot Cake and Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake. Just for giggles, I jotted down others that are NOT in my book: Smokey BBQ Brisket, Asian Orange Short Ribs, BBQ Chicken "Cornbread" Casserole, Swedish Meatballs, Pork Bely, Keto Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake, Quick Keto Chicken, Keto Now and Later Butter Chicken, Keto Chicken Shawarma, Lobster Bisque, Carne Asada, Tiki Masala, Savory Chicken and Mushroom Soup. These sound delicious. Why aren't they in the printed copy of the book? Is the Kindle edition different?6) Finally... I don't understand the positive reviews for this book at all. I suspect they're the author's friends or from a review trading group. The book I received does not live up to the hype that is presented by these reviewers and I'm disappointed in Amazon for allowing this mis-categorized book to show as a #1 Best Seller so people like me will be duped into buying a book of this caliber. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to follow, easy to read *by K***Z on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2019* This one Keto Instant Pot Cookbook is the best among all similar cookbooks. There is an excellent variety of well-thought-out recipes in this book. And, what's especially great about all those quality recipes, is that the author succeeded in creating them in a way that we can reproduce them accurately, easily and without a lot of effort. The recipes are made with accessible ingredients and not some of the weirder stuff I’ve seen in other instant cookbooks and excited about this new book. Love the format, seems to have easy recipes with many ingredients that I already have on hand. There are a lot of non keto ingredients listed in this book. There are a lot of recipes that are just ridiculous to be making in an instant Pot. Honestly can not fathom how this book has such good reviews.Unhappy with some of the recipes. They have several that contain very not keto ingredients.
