Review: Cute Shrimp - Updating my review to reflect the fact that I just ordered more of these shrimp and received a package with everything EXCEPT the shrimp in it. They want me to return the package, but by then I had already thrown everything away--I mean, why keep an empty box, and a bag with water and gel stuff in it? Coupled with the fact that I also ordered a different type of shrimp from them at the same time and received nothing at all, no package, nothing, and they sent me a copy/paste of the "your package was left on the front porch." Maybe it was left on someone's front porch but it wasn't left on mine. Apparently the only way to get a refund is to send the package back.... but I didn't RECEIVE the package, so how am I to send it back? So yeah based on these two experiences this past week I think I'll be ordering from someone else in the future. How incredibly annoying, and the whole copy/paste thing just made me angry; I'm not an idiot, I looked on both my porches, just like I always do. I would send pictures but my frog ate all of them. I need bigger shrimp. They ship in an insulated container and have one of those hand warmer packets for delivery in cold weather. We received them in 20 something degree weather.
