Review: Works as Expected - Connecting a small red LED (typically lower voltage/amperage compared to other colors), I was able to get it to light with a simple spin of the rotor with my fingers. Of course, it spins down quickly (as expected since angular momentum is quite low), so it's just a quick flash, but bright enough nonetheless. The LED I happened to use is rated 2.0-2.2 volts, and I connected this LED to my bench power supply and noted I could get it to begin lighting up at 1.6V, and at 2.0V it only drew about 9mA. Added a pulley and placed a rubber band around it and my power drill and was able to get it to light steadily with steady rotation of the drill. So, works as expected; recommended product.

**Q: How do I connect a part to this?**
A: You just glue on whatever you want to attach it to. Hot glue works best but you can use any glue. The electrical wires attach to a battery.

**Q: does it spin both ways?**
A: Of course, you just need to change the direction of the current

**Q: Do these spin fast or slow. ?**
A: 1730 RPM, that's fast.  I needed for a table top Christmas themed skating rink with figurines that "skated" using magnets that were rotating on cogs.  This motor was used to turn the belt.  Of course the ratio of the cog attached to the shaft of this motor to the cog of the larger, belt driven mechanism determined the speed of the skaters, it spun very fast.  As an example, most cordless drills spin at 400rpm on "drive" and about 1400 on "drill" settings.  You can adjust the speed with a little circuitry if you have the electronics ability.

**Q: How many milliamps are required to start this motor spinning at 3vdc? i am wondering if i can get them spinning with a 3v 120ma solar cell. thanks!**
A: I've seen a few complaints about individuals applying three volts direct current and only getting the motors to twitch, that's because you're giving it the voltage that it needs, but not the current. These motors will barely run using conventional batteries, (double A's triple A's) there's just not enough output.

I recommended at least a 1,000 milliamp power adapter, rated at 3.6 volts DC, the type smaller cell phones use, just check the ratings.l

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fan replacement

The price was right for the set of 6 motors that run at 3VDC. I used one to replace the motor of a Camco Fridge Airator with slight modifications (Foam pad to brace motor in the shell and drill slightly oversize hole in plastic fan to fit new spindle). The fridge fan worked well , running at approximately 1.5 times the speed of the initial motor and cooling box more efficiently. However, eithier the load of the fan blade or the current draw from rechargeable D cells (Lithium) as the voltage dropped damaged the motor and would not run after fresh batteries were installed.
