When it arrived, I feared I would never be able to use all three containers before I or they expired. However, the dumplings proved so superior that I have used the powdered buttermilk in many other preparations. The biscuit recipe on the container is superb. They expand so beautifully and are so delicious as to promote bitter fighting over who gets how many.My pancakes are just as tasty as the biscuits.
