I had bought 3/4 length inserts for her and it does work, but the only problem is that in some of her shoes, they did not stay in position. So I bought these inserts,They are rather bulky and only fit some of her sneakers which have enough spare room, Maybe one size big shoes will fit well. But they really work great for flat feet.
