It doesn’t give baked goods the purple color like so many other psyllium husks do which is great. Flavor is the same as other brands I’ve tried. Nice and finely ground so I never feel the need to regrind like a lot of recipes recommend. It makes amazing Keto rolls so it feels like were eating real bread. It’s been a game changer for our lifestyle! Almond flour quick bread stile breads don’t cut it for me.
