I love how it lets you know exactly what strength each band is (light, heavy, etc) and it also tells you exactly what weight each band is on the back of the box and/or in the little booklet included. I find these bands to be really helpful when I'm doing leg and arm exercises because they really help activate and work the muscles. I only gave it Four stars as the blue band had a bit of discoloration on it but other than that these gave me no problems.
