**Q: how it can be summer truffle in december?**
A: They are harvested in the summer. Even so, the ones we received in November were perfect; the smell and texture of the truffles indicated they were of a high quality.

**Q: How long do they last before they go bad?**
A: Hello,
The truffles must be used as soon they arrived. The fresher the better. 
However the  truffles are gonna be good for seven days or even longer if they are store according g to the instruction on the package.
