Bosmere L836 Fleece Tunnel Plant Row Cover, 10-Feet, Green

When my looseleaf lettuce was still protected from frost and freeze, well into December, I wanted another for the 2023 planting season. I live in Pennsylvania and want my gardening season to last longer. This row cover sure did the job!

I had a great review for this tunnel this first season. It functioned to keep insects off plants and some light shade protection during 100+ weather. This tunnel works well for short plants but is not for taller than 9" or so plants. It was long enough that I could cut it and use it for two areas of 4' beds. This fabric doesn't last. Be prepared to purchase something else the second year because it becomes brittle and began to disintegrate before the second season. All is not lost I will use the rings and add some new row cover fabric to make the best of the product.

Had to use these on the garden cause apparently the global warming thing is not happening here. Thing is they do what they advertise to do.

After having heavy duty fleece tunnel row covers I was disappointed with these. They frame is light weight and the covering is white instead of green which is what the picture showed. For now, it is doing the job but probably won't make it more than 2 seasons.

Snow today! May 21. Installed the light weight, easy to use, and highly maneuverable tunnels in the garden.

Shorter than I thought they would be, though I could have figured that out from the description. They are big enough for starting plants, or for small plants like lettuce, but not tall enough to use later in the year to keep bugs off of fully grown broccoli, for example.

These work well. I lost some starts from a surprise frost --but all the ones under the fleece were fine.

Very well made and sturdy.
