There was no door, and they were in great shape (a few of them had chips but nothing too crazy) the color was exactly as shown and described. They are pretty fragile, but they still worked for what I needed them for. There was also a good variety in sizes! The seller packaged well by putting them into a small bag before putting them into a hard plastic container and then taping it shut. I had purchased some starfish a week prior from a different seller and they had arrived with almost every tip broken, so i was very pleased to see how much care was put into these arriving in good condition. Now I have beautiful natural starfish to add into my art projects. I definitely recommend these.
