I also received just one and spoke to customer services who confirmed it should be 4 boxes. They reissued the order and have flagged the issue for investigation as this has happened to me twice. By** A: You have to mash it up with a fork, not just empty the sachet. Break it up and mix together with fork so the meat pieces are spread amongst the jelly evenly.
