Well made and the details are everything you would expect out of something handmade. Not only does it create a spot for your glasses it elevates them and seems to keep them better protected and away from other things on a vanity, night stand, etc. Plus when I wake up and I'm pretty much blind, I can at least see the blurry shape of the dog to know where my glasses are.I've seen a few of these around the office too so others are obviously using them. It was what I thought was going to be a dumb stocking stuffer but turns out to be a pretty functional piece. Okay, this may not be bad, but you can't just set the glasses on the horse's head, they have to be pushed down in order to stay balanced and fit anywhere near tightly on the head.
